3 Breast Augmentation Recovery Tips

  1. Ice: After breast augmentation surgery, the areas surrounding patients’ breasts can become inflamed and swell while they heal. Regularly ice these areas to ease any such discomfort.
  2. Speaker Phone: The act of lifting a phone to one’s ear uses the muscles surrounding the area generally manipulated during breast augmentation. Try using the speakerphone option on your phone instead when answering calls during recovery to minimize irritation.
  3. Recliner Chair: Laying flat in bed may feel exceedingly uncomfortable post surgery. If available, set up a recliner chair as your bed for an easier recovery process.
