While we make want to take the time to lay out to capture that summer glow, it can actually do more harm than good. Not only can it cause health problems but can increase aging. Here are ways to protect yourself this summer.
- Apply, and re-apply, sunscreen throughout the day. Especially if you are going to be outside.
- Wear a hat to add more protection against the sun.
- Try to be in as much shade as possible.
